Install one (1) 34” x 42” beveled edge mirror above vanity – (Lowes item number
89165.)
Install tiles in accordance with manufacturer’s installation instructions. See elevations
for pattern and limits of tile.
Install vanity top over new vanity. Connect lavatory to new pvc drain line.
Install new nickel satin lavatory faucet. See attached product specification. Remove
abandon galvanized supply lines and reroute copper supply lines inside cavity of stud
wall. Install new shut off valves to sink inside of new vanity.
Install new tub access drywall panel in linen closet with new white wood painted casing.
Apply one coat primer, two coats paint - all surfaces painted Sherwin Williams –
SW7004 Snowbound, trim and door satin white.
Install new nickel robe hook on back of door.

Utility Room (bid to incorporate and include all work shown on plans)
Install new 48” x 24” deep cabinet (install 6” from wall) with one interior shelf with new
30” deep laminate countertop and 4” backsplash to match kitchen laminate and new 18”
W x 24” D x 84” H pantry cabinet to match same in kitchen on north wall.

Construct new 2x4 treated wood floor system. Secure and shim to provide a solid
structure. Spray foam floor with 3” of closed cell insulation. Do not install new floor
system around access panel to crawl space – see plan for limits/details. Provide sheet
flooring and substrate to accept flooring. Construct new enclosure around furnace and
hot water tank, around access panel, soffit above the new cabinet and above stairs into
main floor area and knee wall at exterior wall of room. Install two new wood louver
doors on furnace enclosure.
