Remove carpeting from stairs, all trim and mouldings in staircase to bedroom and upper
floor bedroom suite and dispose. Frame in opening and patch to match adjacent
surfaces in hall way. Dispose of all materials.
Install new paint grade 3 ¼” wood baseboards around perimeter of bedroom and
hallway.
Install new ½” drywall over existing wall surfaces and ceiling. Repair any damaged wall
surfaces that may remain. Tape, mud, sand, and prime. Prepare all ceilings, walls,
inside all closets of imperfections by skim coating, patching, and sanding.
Apply one coat of latex primer on entire ceilings, walls.
Apply two coats of Sherwin Williams latex SW7757 High Reflective White paint on all
ceilings.
Apply two coats of latex eggshell paint on walls – Sherwin Williams SW 7030, Anew
Gray, trim satin white on all walls except the bathroom.
Apply two coats of white satin latex paint on all baseboards, window, door, and closet
casings. Apply Sherwin Williams SW7757 High Reflective White satin latex paint on
inside of all closets and shelving.

Install new “Quality Cabinets.”
Install “Woodstar series, Birch wood, Harborview style, Clove finish cabinets, and
toekicks. 42” Upper cabinets.
Install matching mouldings around perimeter of upper cabinets and filler panels as
needed.
See plans for cabinet layout. Contractor responsible to field verify accuracy of selection
for fit. Any changes to be approved by the owner.
Install new laminate countertop with 4” backsplash. Standard styles, color, and finish.
Color - Wilsonart 4932-38 Golden Juparana.
Install materials in accordance with manufacturer’s installation instructions.
Cut hole in countertop and sink base in order for plumber to install double bowl sink and
new dishwasher, dishwasher water line/shut off valve, and dishwasher drain line.
Install new vinyl sheet goods in kitchen, utility room stairs and utility room floors.
Install new wood baseboard on walls and install hardwood shoe molding around
perimeter.
Include metal nosing and transition strips as needed.
