PLUMBING (bid to incorporate and include all work shown on plans)
1. Install new 20 gage, 9” deep stainless steel double bowl sink in kitchen counter.
Elkay or equivalent, for installation in a 36” sink base.

2. Install new ½ hp garbage disposal, Badger 5 or equivalent.
Install pig tail and properly secure to electrical. $____________
3. Install new Kohler “Cruette ” Model #K-780-VS, single handle kitchen faucet with
pull down sprayer side sprayer in stainless steel finish. Install new braided water
supply lines with shut off valves.

4. Install new dishwasher, black, Energy Star, tall tub.
Whirlpool Front Control dishwasher Model WDF310PAAB.
Install drain and connect to garbage disposal.
Install ½” water supply line with shut off. $_____________
5. Install new laundry tub, chrome faucet, water supply lines, and ball valve shut off
valves. Install 19 gallon Mustee 15F with stopper and heavy gauge steel legs
with built in levelers or equivalent. Install new chrome 4” o.c. dual handle faucet
with a 6” swing spout with aerator and hose end; new 1 ½” pvc tail pipe, t-trap,
and waste line and brass vacuum breaker.
Install new studer vent into existing washing machine drain.

6. Remove water meter shut off valves and replace with new ball valve shut off
valves.
7. Install Oatey Washing Machine Outlet Box (Model 38398) in laundry room.
8. Extend floor drain in Utility Room to surface of new floor and provide a drain
inside new furnace enclosure for condensate line.
All new work shall be in accordance with manufacturer’s installation instructions and per
the 2009 Michigan Residential Plumbing Code.

1. Install new 4” metal smooth interior dryer duct line from vent to proposed dryer
location.
