uteorregulationthenYoumust:(a)complywiththetermsofthisLicensetothemaximumextentpossible;and(b)describethelimi-

ofthatversion.YoumayalsochoosetousesuchCoveredCodeunderthetermsofanysubsequentversionoftheLicensepublishedby

FlorisvandenBerg.NooneotherthanFlorisvandenBerghastherighttomodifythetermsapplicabletoCoveredCodecreatedun-

IfyoucreateoruseamodiedversionofthisLicense(whichyoumayonlydoinordertoapplyittocodewhichisnotalreadyCovered

CodegovernedbythisLicense),youmust(a)renameYourlicensesothatthephrases“FreeImage”,`FreeImagePublicLicense”,“FIPL”,

oranyconfusinglysimilarphrasedonotappearanywhereinyourlicenseand(b)otherwisemakeitclearthatyourversionofthe

licensecontainstermswhichdifferfromtheFreeImagePublicLicense.(FillinginthenameoftheInitialDeveloper,OriginalCodeor
