1.6. “ InitialDeveloper”meanstheindividualorentityidentiedastheInitialDeveloperintheSourceCodenoticerequiredbyExhibit

orisundercommoncontrolwithYou.Forpurposesofthisdenition,“control”means(a)thepower,directorindirect,tocause
