Removal & Installation
NOTE: Use exploded view illustrations for overhaul of steering column assembly. See
Fig. 8 or Fig. 9 . For removal and installation of all components not listed under
REMOVAL & INSTALLATION, see OVERHAUL. Before servicing steering
column, place shift lever in Park, turn lock cylinder to OFF-LOCK position, and
remove key.
