Machine vibrates during spin cycle
x Machine perfectly horizontal with all four feet
on ground? (See installation instructions)
x Transit bolts removed? Before installing the
appliance, remove the transport bolts. (See
installation instructions).
No spin cycle at end of cycle or final spin
results are poor
x If you are washing single large size items
(bathrobe, etc.) the uneven load balancing
system may have been activated and spin
speed automatically reduced accordingly. In
this case, add smaller articles of linen to
balance the load.
AFTER-SALES SERVICE
Before contacting After-Sales Service:
1. Try to remedy the problem (see “Trouble-
shooting guide”).
2. Restart the programme to see if the fault is
repeated.
3. If the malfunction persists, call After-Sales
Service and specify:
x The nature of the problem
x The exact model of the appliance
x The service code
(number after the word SERVICE)

inside of the door.
x Your full address
x Your telephone number and area code.
