In the first field, enter the first DN to be assigned to the
e
maGEN
hunt group:
2. Type the DN number.
3. Press ENTER.
The DN numbers which will belong to the group should be identi-
cal, in numbers and in sequence, with the DN numbers of the
ports/voice channels that were assigned in Section 19.2.2,
above.
4. Following the same procedure, type in the DN numbers of all the
members of the
e
maGEN
hunt group.
5. Press the [Save] icon to save your data entry.
To delete a DN from the hunt group:
1. Place the cursor on the DN number to be deleted.
2. Type [-]
The deleted DN number disappears from the Allocate To Hunt
Groups Screen.
Step 3
This step allows you to verify the hunt groups to which the different
stations are assigned and to ensure that all
e
maGEN
DNs are
assigned to the desired hunt groups.
1. Press the [System Info] icon.
The screen displays the Enter Station DN query window:
Enter station DN:
2. Enter the DN of any defined station in the system.
If the station has not been assigned to any hunt group, the pro-
gram gives a message to that effect;
If the DN is undefined, the system gives an error message;
If the station has been assigned to at least one hunt group, the
program displays the Hunt Group List Screen.
After noting the assignments:
3. Press the [Prev] icon to return to the Hunt Groups Screen.
