Machine vibrates during spin cycle:
Check the following:

Is the machine perfectly horizontal with all
four feet on ground? (see “Installation
Instructions”).

Have the transit bolts been removed?
The transit bolts must be removed before
the machine is used (see “Installation
Instructions”).
The machine does not spin at the end of the
programme:
-
The machine is fitted with an imbalance
detection and correction system. If the wash
consists of a single heavy/large size article
(bathrobe, bath mats, etc.) the system can
automatically reduce the spin speed to
protect the machine or even stop the spin
cycle altogether, if the imbalance is too great
even after several restarts.

If the load is too wet at the end of the
programme, add further garments and run a
new spin cycle.
Detergent and additive product residues in
detergent drawer at end of wash:
Check the following:
-
Is the siphon installed correctly and not
clogged (see “Care and
Maintenance”, “Detergent Drawer”)?
Also check:
-
Is not enough water delivered? The mesh
filter in the water hose could be clogged (see
“Care and Maintenance”, “Water Hose Mesh
Filter”).
Before contacting After-Sales Service:
1.
Try to remedy the problem (see “Trouble-
Shooting Guide”).
2.
Restart the programme to see if the fault is
repeated.
3.
If the malfunction persists, call After-Sales
Service.
Specify:
•
The nature of the problem.
•
The exact model of the appliance.
•
The service code (number after the word
SERVICE).
The After-Sales Service sticker is on the
inside of the door.
•
Your full address.
•
Your telephone number and area code.
•
The After-Sales Service telephone
number and address can be found in the
warranty or on application to the retailer.
