Chapter 1 Introduction
1.2 General Information
The following information concerns the specific characteristics of the Compuprint SP40plus
printer using the LAN (Local Area Network) connection.
Compuprint printers can be supplied with one Ethernet 10/100Base-T port for LAN connection
providing a simple and efficient network printing solution.
For any other information, please refer to the printer’s User Manual included in the Documentation & Driver.

The SP40plus has a built-in LAN 10/100T print server. In this table are described the main characteristics.

Remove Management
The LAN is remotely ccessibile trough the following services/application software:
• Web Server through http service.
• Compuprint Remote Printer Management Utility (NetViewMaster application) through SNMP-
MIB2 compatible protocol. (Standard MIB plus private MIB objects)
