The drain pump in the
washing machine is
running continuously -
even with the appli-
ance switched off.
The Aqua Control water pro-
tection system has cut in.
Close the tap, then unplug
from the mains and contact
customer service.
Softener was not
washed into the
machine; compart-
ment æ for condi-
tioner is filled with
water.
The conditioner insert has
not been correctly positioned
inside the conditioner com-
partment or is blocked.
Clean the detergent dis-
penser drawer and attach the
conditioner insert securely.
Washing is heavily
creased.
Probably too much washing
was put in the drum.
Follow instructions for the
maximum load quantity (see
programme tables). For easy-
care fabrics select the EASY
IRON (FACILE A REPASSER)
programme.
The washing has not
been spun as dry as
usual.
The washing was not able to
be distributed evenly in the
drum prior to spinning.
Always load the drum as ful
as possible with a
combination of large and
small items.
Washing has not been
spun properly. Water is
left in the drum.
Fault code
(2
appears.
Drain hose is kinked. Remove the kink.
Maximum pump head (outlet
head 1m from floor surface
on which appliance is stand-
ing) exceeded.
Contact your local Customer
Service Centre. For pumping
heights over 1m a conver-
sion kit is available as a spe-
cial accessory.
Drain pump is blocked.
Switch off the appliance and
pull out the mains plug.
Clean the drain pump.
If a siphon is connected:
siphon blocked.
Clean the siphon.
