19.10.4 Announcement Program Screen
You use the Announcement Program Screen to build the desired
Announcement Program or order of announcements played by each
of the Announcer Plans, whose parameters you defined in the sec-
tion above.
You are able to define a maximum of 50 elements for each
Announcement Program. The screen informs you of the number of
available entries. This capacity gives you the ability to alternate
numerous messages in different orders and with different delay peri-
ods.
1. Press the [Edit Units] icon.
The program displays the Announcement Program Screen.
2. Press the [Save] icon to save your data entry.
You use this screen to define the following fields:
Announcer: whether the announcement comes from an
announcer DN or is one of the nine recorded announcements;
Post announcing delay: the time delay before either a specific
announcement is repeated or the next announcement is played;
Times: the number of times that you want a specific announce-
ment repeated.
19.11PABX/CENTREX
The Automated attendant External call forward feature makes provi-
sion for mailbox subscribers who wish to have incoming calls for-
warded to a PABX/CENTREX extension.
First define the trunk groups or trunks as accessing Centrex or
PABX. Do this by entering CN or PB in the Trunk Flash parameter
on the:
Private Trunk Features P-T Screen, or
Regular/HP Group Features Screen.
Once the trunk flash feature of the trunk groups or trunks serving

maGEN
has been defined as accessing Centrex or PABX, the
corresponding system timers must also be set.
19.11.1 System Timers Screen
Depending on whether your system accesses external lines config-
ured behind Centrex or a PABX, you need to set the appropriate
system timer.
