If any of the faults persist, unplug the appliance, turn off the water tap and call our After-
Sales Service (refer to the next chapter).

“Electrical module fault”
Press the “Reset” button for at least 3 seconds.
“F24” Can occur if you are washing laundry which absorbs a lot of
water or you have put too much laundry in the machine while
selecting a programme intended for small wash loads. Do not
overload the washing machine.
Press the “Reset” button for at least 3 seconds to stop the
programme. Select the “Rinse and Spin” programme to
correctly abort the interrupted wash cycle.
“F02” or “FA” “Waterstop fault”
Turn the programme selector to the “Off/O” position,
unplug the machine and close the water tap. Carefully tilt the
appliance forwards (this must be done with the aid of a second
person) to allow the water to completely drain away. Then:
• Plug the washing machine back in.
• Open the tap (if water flows into the washing machine
without the washing machine being started, there is a
failure; turn the tap off again and notify the After-Sales
Service).
• Then, select the required programme again and start.
“F18” or “Fod” Excessive foam formation
The formation of too much foam has interrupted the wash
programme. If your washing machine is equipped with the
“Dosing aid” button and you have used this: check whether
the set dosage values correspond to the individual
programme groups of the detergent’s dosage
recommendations (refer to the separate instructions for the
“Dosing aid”).
• Select the “Rinse and Spin” programme and start.
• Then select the required programme again and start, this
time using less detergent. See also the “The washing
machine remains at a stand still...” section on the first page of
the “Troubleshooting Guide” section.
