Cannot connect using the WPS button

Make sure WPS is enabled by holding down the WPS button for –

5 seconds on your R212 and then connecting within 2 minutes

If required make sure you activate the WPS feature on your –

connecting device

WPS will not work with Wired Equivalent Privacy (WEP). If you –

have even just one device on the R212 network that only

supports WEP, you can’t use WPS. The default (WPA2) allows

interworking with WPS.

Refer to the user guide of the device you are connecting to the –

R212 to make sure it supports WPS.

Make sure you haven’t switched off WPS via the web UI. –

Resetting the device back to factory values

Locate the reset button –

While the device is switched on, insert the end of a paper clip –

into the reset button hole, press the button with the clip and

hold down until the Vodafone logo appears on the device

screen (approximately 5 seconds), and release the button

The device will now be reset to factory settings, including –

SSID, passwords and Wi-Fi security settings.
