Setting the Blue Screen Mode
If no signal is being received or the signal is very weak, a blue screen automatically
replaces the noisy picture background. If you wish to continue viewing the poor picture,
you must set the "Blue Screen" mode to "Off".

A melody sound can be set to come on when the TV is powered On or Off.

The V-Chip feature automatically locks out programs that are deemed inappropriate for children.
The user must enter a PiN(Personal ID number) before any of the V-Chip restrictions are set up or changed.
How to Enable/Disable the V-Chip
1 Press the MENU button to display the menu.
Press the A or T button to select Setup, then press the ENTER button.
2 Press the A or _' button to select V-Chip, thenpress the ENTER button.
The message Enter PIN wilt appear. Enter your 4 digit PIN.
_- The default PIN of a new TV set is "O-O-O-O".
3 The V-Chip screen wilt appear. To enable the V-Chip feature, press the ENTER button so that
the V-Chip Lock field is On. (Pressing the A or _' button wilt alternate between On and Off.)
