19 MPH (30 km/h) and 21 MPH (34 km/h) and the accelerator pedal

is at 1/4 throttle or less.

•Foroptimalfueleconomy,underlowaccelerationconditions, 

your vehicle will only allow you to shift from ﬁrst gear to fourth gear.

Vehicle Information Center.
