TO START THE ENGINE

 •WiththeremovableSTART/STOPbuttoninstalledinthe

ignition switch and the key fob with you while sitting in the

vehicle, start the engine using either the Manual Transmission

or Automatic Transmission procedure below.

FOR MANUAL TRANSMISSION

 •Withtheparkingbrakeapplied,shiftthetransmissionto

Neutral. Fully depress the clutch pedal, press and hold the

START/STOP button until the engine starts.

FOR AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION

 •ShifttransmissiontoPark,depressthebrakepedal,press

and release the START/STOP button once.

TO STOP THE ENGINE

 •ShifttoPark(AutomaticTransmission)orNeutral(Manual

transmission) and press the START/STOP button once.

TO TURN ON ACCESSORIES WHILE THE ENGINE IS OFF

 •Donotdepressthebrakepedal(orclutchpedalforManual

Transmission); press the START/STOP button as shown.

 •Thefollowingsymbolwillbedisplayedbelowthe 

speedometer in the Electronic Vehicle Information Center.
