MAIN FUSE BOX - Checking or renewing a fuse
1. Turn off the starter switch and all electricalequipment.
2. Remove the fuse box cover (usea coin to turn the retaining
screw a quarterturn to left or right), then referto the chart to
identify the suspectfuse.
3. Hold the head of the fuse and pull to remove.A blown fuse can
be recognised by a break in the wire (seeillustrationon the
following page).
4. Replace a blown fuse with another of the same, or lower, rating.
Note that there are a number of spare fuses around the
perimeter of the fuse box.
If a replacementfuse failsalmost immediately,refer the problem to
your dealer.
