S-Video Connection
Operation for S-Video Input
1. Make connection to the S-VlDEO' INPUT jack, also the L & R AUDIO INPUT terminals as shown.
2. Connect S-VIDEO INPUT to a video source as shown.
3. Press the TVA/IDEO button to select Video Mode (some models).
4. Operate optional equipment (VCR-VDP) as instructed in Optional Equipment Manual.
External Audio/Video

and overrides the standard Video
connection when connected.

Operation for S-Video Output
1. Make connection to the S-VIDEO OUTPUT jack, also the L & R AUDIO OUTPUT terminals as shown above. (The
S-Video Out terminal will be the same as the S-Video Input Source.
2. Connect S-VIDEO OUTPUT to a Monitor or VCR as shown above.
3. Press the TV/VIDEO button to select Video Mode (some models).
4. Operate the optional equipment (VCR-VDP) as instructed in Optional Equipment Manual.
NOTE; S-Video IN and OUT terminals will operate whether the Monitor is ON or OFF.
