Troubleshooting
In the unlikely event that you have problems with your machine, the following guide will
enable you to resolve many problems without having to call out a service engineer.

The Dishwasher Will Not
Start

(Particularly if the machine is
being used for the first time)
Check
- Is the dishwasher plugged in and switched on?
- Is there a power failure, check to see if other appliances
working.
- Check the fuse.
- Is there a fault with the water supply/is the water supply tap
turned on?
- Is the water pressure supply sufficient?
- Is the inlet hose kinked?
- Is the door closed properly?

Salt Symbol Flashing/Not
Going Out When Salt
Added
Salt symbol will flash if:
- You are using the machine
for the first time
- The Salt symbol will flash when your dishwasher is switched on
for the first time and again when the salt levels become low -
follow the instructions on "Before Using Your Dishwasher" page
on how to add salt to your dishwasher.
Please Note:
- The salt symbol will remain lit in the display after the salt has
been added for several consecutive cycles.
- If you are using 3 in 1 tablets and do not add salt then the salt
symbol will flash periodically for several consecutive cycles.
-If 3 in 1 dishwasher tablets are used we still recommend that
you add salt to prevent limescale deposits on your dishes.
Rinse Aid Light Flashing/
Not Going Out When Rinse
Aid Added
Rinse Aid symbol will
flash if:
-You are using the machine
for the first time
The Rinse Aid symbol will flash when your dishwasher is
switched on for the first time and again when the rinse aid
levels become low – follow the instructions on “Before Using
Your Dishwasher” page on how to add rinse aid.
Please Note:
- The rinse aid symbol will remain flashing in the display after
the rinse aid has been added, and will continue to flash until
the machine has completed the next full wash cycle (Note:
The Fast & Prewash cycles are not full wash cycles).
-If you are using 3 in 1 tablets (or 2 in 1) and do not add rinse
aid then the rinse aid symbol will flash continuously.
Leaking From Rear Of
Machine
Possible Incorrect Fitment of
Water Inlet Hose.
Check
Is the water inlet hose connection secured at rear of machine
(Fig.1).
