Now it’s easier to back up into a tight parking space. The rear vision camera system,
standard on 2LT and LTZ models, uses the touch-screen display to help you see
stationary objects behind your Trax when travelling in reverse at low speeds.

includes dual-stage frontal and knee airbags for driver and front passenger, head-
curtain side-impact airbags for front and rear outboard passengers, and front and
rear seat-mounted airbags to help protect outboard passengers.
10 standaRd aiRBags
When you’re driving on hilly terrain, Hill Hold Assist holds your Trax stationary for
up to two seconds after the brake is released, giving you time to accelerate before the
vehicle rolls backward. This feature is especially helpful with the 6-speed manual
transmission on Trax LS.
HiLL HoLd assist
The safety of OnStar® is standard for six months and includes Automatic Crash
Response.

In many crashes, built-in sensors can automatically alert an OnStar® Advisor,
who is immediately connected to your Trax to see if you need help. Even if you don’t
respond, an OnStar® Advisor can use GPS technology to pinpoint your exact location
and request that emergency help be sent right away.

1 Airbag inflation can cause severe injury or death to anyone too close to the airbag when it deploys. Be sure every occupant is
properly restrained. Always use safety belts and the correct restraint for your child’s age and size. Even in vehicles equipped
with the Passenger Detecting System, children are safer when properly secured in a rear seat in the appropriate infant, child
or booster seat. Never place a rear-facing infant restraint in the front seat of any vehicle equipped with a passenger airbag. See
the Owner’s Manual and the child safety seat instructions for more safety information.
