RETURN POLICY
Procedure:
1. Obtain a return authorization number:
A. Call and speak to a representative at 724-265-2988. They will give you a return
authorization number.
B. Make a copy of your invoice, or use the second copy sent with the order.
Write the authorization number on the invoice copy and on the outside of the box.
a. Your return can not be processed without a phone number and a copy of your
invoice.
11. Prepare parts for return:
A. Parts must be in original package with Lutty's bar code.
B. Parts must be in original and saleable condition.
C. Place the copy of your invoice with the authorization number in the box.
111. Ship:
A. If you ordered the wrong part, or decided you did not need a part, an exchange
or a refund will be made for the part. Return shipping at your expense.
B. Any return shipping to be refunded is determined by the individual situation, after
the return.
C. If you have no way of return shipping available to you we can send an “RA”
tag but this would be at your expense.
1V. Time limits for returns:
A. Returns after 30 days will have a restocking fee of 15%. NO Exceptions.
B. NO returns or exchanges after 60 days. NO Exceptions.
C. SPECIAL ORDERS are NOT returnable.
V. Parts that are received damaged
A. If parts are visibly damaged, have the driver mark the delivery board "damaged".
B. Check all parts for damage and keep all packing for carrier pick up.
C. Call Luttys 724-265-2988 with damage information within 3 business days.
D. A claim will be processed and a replacement will be shipped ground UPS or
FedEx at our expense.
V1. TRUCK FREIGHT
A. Truck freight merchandise MUST be inspected BEFORE signing the freight bill.
(This signature is a release that everything was received in good condition.) The
driver will wait for you to inspect your parts. If the driver will not wait sign,
"uninspected" and have the driver initial.
B. Refuse damaged items with the freight bill signed ”Damaged on arrival”.
C. Call Luttys 724-265-2988 with damage information. Replacement parts will be
shipped once we have the claim approval.
ALL PACKAGES ARE INSURED WITH THE CARRIER
If you request USPS, we can mail Priority and still insure your package; it does take an
extremely long time to trace a lost package. We are unable to reship your merchandise
until a claim can be filed. We recommend UPS or FedEx for safety and reliability.
