SHIPPING OPTIONS
We ship out Ground UPS and FedEx daily (minimum charge $7.50). We Also ship Next Day, Second Day, and Three
Day Select, at an additional cost. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, and PR. are sent out Second Day Air. Small items can
be sent Priority Mail at customer's request. Overseas and Canadian orders can be shipped Bax Global, UPS, Fed
Ex. Air packages are often sent by dimensional weight and can not be quoted until the package is ready to go.
All Packages are insured
If a package is returned you are still responsible for shipping charges.
TRUCK FREIGHT
We use several Trucking Companies depending on where you live. Our discounts have allowed affordable
freight costs for those LARGE items too big for UPS or Fed Ex All truck shipments must be delivered to a
place of business, or a truck freight terminal.
DO NOT SIGN the Bill of Lading until you have inspected
the package or packages for damage. Once the Bill of Lading has been signed, it becomes a legal
document stating that the shipment was received in good condition. If the driver will not wait, sign as
"UNINSPECTED" "DRIVER WILL NOT WAIT", your name, and have the driver initial.
Please call for a quote
on the cost of shipping truck freight items. "Sheetmetal parts are susceptible to slight damage due to the
nature of the product and the method of shipment. No credit will be issued for sheetmetal that has small
pecks, dings, scratches or other minor flaws. Any body panel (either reproduction or factory original) requires
minor body work when installed for a show quality finish.
ONCE RECEIVED
PLEASE CHECK YOUR ORDER . Do not wait; open packages immediately.
If parts are damaged, a claim must be filed immediately. Call us immediately with the damage information. All
Claims must be called in within 3 days. Keep all of the packing material and package or packages. Due to
UPS procedures, if any item is damaged and reshipped to us, UPS will be unable to process your claim, and
we are unable to compensate you. We protect you by insuring all outgoing shipments.
"I can't find the small item" Try looking on the large items for a small part to be taped. This practice has
saved some little items from being thrown away with packing. Also, when there are several small parts, they
may have been put in a bag to keep them together, or put in with another part. Also, look on the invoice
sometimes notes are found there. Still can't find it , please call; we will help you.
BACK ORDERS
Occasionally, we will be out of stock on an item. We will Back Order this part for you, unless otherwise
requested. Your back order will be shipped as soon as possible, and we ask for your patience when this
occurs.
HOURS
Monday, Tuesday, & Wednesday 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM, Thursday & Friday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
Saturday 9:00 AM till 2:00 PM. NO Holidays and NO Sundays. All times are EST. The Weeks of Spring and
Fall Carlisle there will be no evening hours. We close 2:00 PM Christmas Eve & News Years Eve; and have no
evening hours during that week. Check for hours the Holiday Weekends of July 4th, Memorial Day, & Labor
Day Weekends. We will be closing on some of these Saturdays for our employees to have time with their
families.
OTHER
Check with us for new and used parts. We also have rust free sheet metal in stock. We have catalogs
covering the 55-57 Chevy, 58-70 Impala, 47-72 Truck, 62-79 Nova, 67-81 Camaro,
64-77 Chevelle, and 70-77 Monte Carlo. Please specify the year & model of vehicle
that you need the catalog for. Our Catalogs can also be downloaded
