Section 1-
IT-07 Microphone Wireless VHF-Recommend rejection of all bids. Incorrect item
information was provided on the bid specifications. Request permission to purchase on an as-
needed basis utilizing a quote.
IT-09 Microphone Cable 20’-Recommend rejection of low bid from Longs Electronics.
Additional shipping charges are added to all items under $100 therefore the true cost cannot
be determined. Recommend acceptance of bid from Valiant IMC as lowest and best,
responsive and responsible bid meeting written specifications.
IT-11 Microphone Stand with Telescopic Boom-Recommend rejections of all bids. Bids
from BES Industries, Encore Broadcast Solutions and Pro Video Sales did not include the
specified “Telescopic Boom” as requested. Recommend rejection of bid form E-Techboy as
the bid price exceeds budgetary restrictions. Request permission to purchase on an as-needed
basis utilizing a quote.
IT-17 Overhead Projector- Recommend rejection of bid from Encore Broadcasting
Solutions as model Vutec V-1002C does not meet the staging area and output of lumens
required. Recommend acceptance of bid from Valiant IMC as lowest and best, responsive
and responsible bid meeting written specifications.
IT-18 DLP Multimedia Projector-2100 Lumens-Recommend rejections of all bids. The
Sharp Model PG-F212X projector being awarded for IT-19 meets the specifications for both
IT-18 and IT-19.
IT-19 Multimedia Projector-2300 Lumens
-Recommend rejection of bid from Smiley’s
Audiovisual as the projector being bid does not meet the resolution required. Recommend
acceptance of bid from Computrac as lowest and best, responsive and responsible bid
meeting written specifications.

CR-06-Non Metallic latching Raceway and Ceiling Cap
-No bids were received. Request
permission to purchase on an as-needed basis utilizing a quote.
CR-12 Video Cable- “F” to “F”- Recommend rejection of bid from Jersey Jim Towers as
the cable being bid does not have the correct connector. Recommend acceptance of bid from
Multicom, Inc. as lowest and best, responsive and responsible bid meeting written
specifications.
