3.1.2 Rear Panel
1) Power (power jack): This jack connects to the included power supply.
Note: You must use the supplied power supply; if you use a different power supply you may
permanently damage the router.
2) 1- WAN Port (RJ-45): The WAN port connects to your Cable modem, xDSL modem, or
another Ethernet connection that provides your Internet service. Connection is made using
a standard Ethernet cable.
3) 4- LAN Ports (RJ-45): The LAN ports can be used where a wired Ethernet connection is
possible. The LAN ports can connect to an Ethernet hub, switch or other Ethernet enabled
device on the network.
4) Reset Button: If you have password protected your router and have forgotten the password,
or if you would like to set your router back to the factory defaults; press and hold the reset
button for about 8 seconds. The SYS light will go off, the system will re- restart, and the
