P. Install monitor
1. Carefully cutoff tape from domelamp wire plastic
bracket and remove plastic bracket (Fig.P1) Fig.P1
2. Install monitor bracket with (4) 1/2" phillips
head screws with a #2 phillips head screwdriver.
(Insert eyelet from black wire on 12' harness Fig.P2
under one of the (4) screws) (Fig.P2)
3. Attach (2) red T-taps to the (2) vehicle dome-
lamp wires. Attach (1) red T-tap to the black wire Fig.P3-4
on the 12' harness (Fig.P3-4)
4. Attach blue spade clips to red T-taps in the fol-
lowing sequence (Fig.3-4): Fig.P5
1' domelamp harness vehicle/12' harness
black w/red stripe to blue w/yellow stripe
purple to red w/yellow stripe
red w/black stripe to black wire on 12'harn.
5. Trim fabric 1" inside inner opening of trim ring
(Fig.P5) Fig.P6
6. Attach trim ring to monitor with (8) phillips
head screws (Fig.P6)
