The machine will not start
The machine will not spin or will not drain
The machine vibrates and is very noisy
You find water around your washing
machine
Check that:
- fuses are in good condition,
- the washing machine is properly connected,
- your washing machine cover is properly closed,
- you have actually selected the program that
you want,
- the program start has actually been pushed in
(On/Off button pressed in),
- there is no power supply failure,
- the water tap is fully open,
- the water inlet filter is not blocked.
Check that:
-the drain pipe is not blocked or folded,
- the drain pump filter is not blocked,
- the washing load is properly distributed in the
drum,
- the Drain program has not been selected and
the RINSE HOLD button has not been pressed.
Check that:
- all transport packing has been removed,
- the washing machine is level and properly
supported,
- the washing machine is not too close to the wall
or furniture,
- the washing is well distributed in the drum,
-the load is sufficient.
Check that:
- you have not put in too much detergent,
- the detergent is suitable for machine
washing (excessive formation of foam),
- the drain pipe is properly attached,
- the drain filter was put into position
correctly after cleaning,
- the water inlet pipe is waterproof.
