Set the programme and temperature using the pro-
gramme knob
3 When you select a programme, you switch the
appliance on at the same time.
– The programme progress display shows the pro-
gramme steps that the selected programme will
carry out.
– The estimated programme duration in hours and
minutes appears in the multi-display (e. g. 2.06 = 2
hours and 6 minutes).
Changing the spin speed/
Selecting rinse hold
The washing machine suggests the maximum per-
mitted speed that is suitable for the selected pro-
gramme. You can reduce this speed:
Press the SPIN button repeatedly until the desired
display lights up.
When set to “0” the last rinse water is drained off at
the end of the programme, but the washing is not
spun.
3 The speed for the final spin can still be altered
during the programme. To do this:
1. Press the START/PAUSE button.
2. Change the speed.
3. Press the START/PAUSE button again.
Selecting rinse hold
By pressing the RINSE HOLD button, the washing
remains lying in the rinse water at the end of the pro-
gramme. There is no spinning during the whole
washing cycle.
Note: The washing remains lying in the water until
you drain or spin it (see section “Ending a wash cy-
cle”). After 18 hours however, it is automatically
drained and spun.
