2 Important instructions
This chapter covers the most important safety instructions. It also includes some manufac-
turer instructions and notes on radio interference.
2.1 Safety instructions
This device fulfills the prevailing safety requirements for information technology equipment,
including electrical office machines.
● In emergencies (e.g. damaged housing, operating elements or network cables, entry of
liquid or foreign objects), switch off the device immediately (EMERGENCY STOP) and
contact our service department.

● The system must have a direct power supply for safety reasons. The systems may only
be installed by authorized trained personnel.
