ISHWASHER
First of all.
Load the dishes according to the
instructions stated in the previous
page. Turn on the water tap
completely and make sure you
haven't forgotten the detergent.
Add salt and rinse aid if necessary.
Selecting the wash
cycle.
To select the wash cycle, turn knob
"D" clockwise until the reference
notch on the knob is aligned with
the symbol or number of the wash
cycle. You can now press ON-OFF
button "A". the indicator light "B"
will come on and the wash cycle
will begin. At this point, you can no
longer change it.
Modifying a wash cycle
in progress.
But if you have chosen the wrong
cycle, not to worry! You can modify
the wash cycle in progress if it has
only just started,by pressing ON-
OFF button "A"; you will see the
relative indicator light go off. You
are now free to re-set the correct
wash cycle.
You've left out a dish?
Well, it happens to everyone.
Interrupt the wash cycle by
pressing the ON-OFF button, insert
the dish you had forgotten and
press the ON-OFF button again.
The cycle will start up from where
you interrupted it.
Ready, steady, go!
You have loaded your dishes and you now have
to set the wash cycle. It takes just one minute
to learn how
Starting the dishwasher
You can cancel
the wash cycle in
progress, if it
has only just
started.
Finished?
When the knob stops turning and
stops at a STOP notch (see figure),
the wash cycle has finished.
Turn the appliance off by pressing
button "A", thus cutting off the
electricity supply.
Turn off the water tap.
Wait a few minutes before
unloading the dishes: they are very
hot! If you wait a little while, they
dry better thanks to the steam.
There's been a power
failure? Have you
opened the dishwasher
door?
The wash cycle stops and then
restarts when the electricity comes
back on or when you close the door.
Everything is under control!
We do not
recommend you
use the 65°C
button if you have
to wash delicate
items.
The high wash
temperature could
make their
surfaces opaque or
discolour the
decorations after
repeated washing.
You want to use the
PLUS button?
You can press this button "E"
before starting the normal wash
cycle. Use it if you have to wash
extremely dirty saucepans and
dishes with dry caked-on food.
You want to wash on one
rack only? Remember to
use half the amount of de-
tergent.
Your dishwasher also allows you to
wash half a load, to save water and
electricity. Before setting any wash
cycle, press button "F".
Warning:
If opening the
door soon after the
end of the
programme, or
during it, stand
away from the
Dishwasher, to
avoid possible
injury from hot
steam.
