deflecting off load. Washer is overloaded
or load is unbalanced.

• Unclog drain.
o Redistribute the load, or reduce
load size.
Washer won't

• Drain hose is kinked or clogged.
o Lid is open.
o Too much detergent - excessive sudsing.
• Low voltage or using an extension cord.
• Straighten or unclog hose.
o Close the lid.
• Use less detergent.
o Check electrical source or call
electrician. Do not use extension
cords.
Wet loads
Washer continues
to fillldrain or
cycle stuck
NOTE: Washer
pauses briefly
throughout each
cycle. This is normal.
o Wrong cycle for load being washed.
e Cold rinses.
• Top of drain hose is lower than water
level in washer.
o Choose a cycle with a higher spin
speed.
• Cold rinses leave loads wetter than
warm rinses. This is normal.
• Raise the drain hose. It must be
higher for proper operation.
Washer makes
noise
Won't fill/rinse/
agitate or wrong
temperature
o Load is unbalanced.
o Washer is not level.
• Gears engaging after drain and
before spin.
• Power cord not plugged in.
o Lid is open.
o Washer in Pause status.
o Water is turned off.
• Hot and cold hoses are reversed.
• Hoses are kinked.
o Redistribute load.
o Level washer.
• This is normal.
o Plug in power cord.
o Close the lid.
• Push the Start/Pause button to start
the washer.
• Turn on water.
• Reverse hoses.
o Straighten hoses.
