Rattling/knocking sounds
from inside the appliance.
• The tableware is not properly arranged in the bas‐
kets, items are touching each other.
• One or both spray arms are touching the tableware
while turning. Make sure that the spray arms can ro‐
tate freely otherwise the cleaning results will be
heavily affected.
The appliance trips the cir‐
cuit-beaker.
• The amperage is insufficient to supply simultaneous‐
ly all the appliances in use. Check the socket amper‐
age and the capacity of the meter or turn off one of
the appliances in use.
• Internal electrical fault of the appliance. Contact an
Authorised Service Centre.
The appliance does not fill
with water.
The display shows the
alarm code .
• Make sure that the water tap is open.
• Make sure that the pressure of the water supply is
not too low. For this information, contact your local
water authority.
• Make sure that the water tap is not clogged.
• Make sure that the filter in the inlet hose is not clog‐
ged.
• Make sure that the inlet hose has no kinks or bends.
The appliance does not
drain the water.
The display shows the
alarm code .
• Make sure that the sink spigot is not clogged.
• Make sure that the filter in the outlet hose is not clog‐
ged.
• Make sure that the drain hose has no kinks or bends.
The anti-flood device is on.

• Close the water tap and contact an Authorised Serv‐
ice Centre.
Once the controls have been done,
deactivate the appliance and wait 5
minutes before activating it again. If the
problem persists or the alarm code
continues to appear, contact an
Authorised Service Centre.
When you contact the
Service Centre always
remember to give the alarm
code (when available).
12.2 Poor washing results
• The baskets have been overloaded.
• Tableware has not been properly
arranged.
• The quantity of detergent was not
enough.
• The detergent was not suitable or old.
• The programme was not appropriate
for the degree of soil and the type of
load.
• The spray arms were blocked by the
tableware and could not rotate freely.
• The spray arms are clogged.
• The filters are clogged or not
positioned correctly.
• The selected level of the water
softener is not appropriate for the
hardness of your water supply.
12.3 Poor drying results
• Tableware has been left too much
time inside a closed appliance.
• The selected programme has no
drying phase.
• The selected programme has a drying
phase with low temperature.
