What to do, when ...
Try to rectify minor faults on the dishwasher with the
aid of the instructions given here. If you call in cus-
tomer service to resolve one of the malfunctions
listed here, or rectify an error made in the operation
of the appliance, the customer service engineer’s visit
is not free of charge, even during the period of guar-
antee.

• If the programme indicator for the selected wash
programme is flashing and fault code
(1 or (2 is
displayed on the multi-display, you can probably
rectify the fault yourself.
After rectifying this fault, press the button for the
wash programme that has been started. The
wash programme continues. If the fault code is
displayed again, contact customer service.
• For all other faults, please contact customer serv-
ice, stating the fault code.

Tap is blocked or furred with lime-
scale.
Clean tap.
The filter (where present) in the
threaded hose fitting at the water inlet
valve is blocked.
Clean the filter in the threaded hose
fitting.
The water inlet hose is not correctly
laid.
Check hose installation.
Fault code
(2 is displayed on
the multi-display.
The programme indicator for
the selected wash programme
is flashing.
The siphon is blocked. Clean siphon.
The water drain hose is not correctly
laid.
Check hose installation.
Fault code
(3 is displayed on
the multi-display.
The leak prevention system has been
triggered.
Close the tap and contact customer
service.
