SUBJECT: ABBOTT LOOP, SCENIC PARK, & SUSITNA ES INTERCOM UPGRADES
ITB 2013-825
DUE DATE: April 23, 2013, 2:30 p.m. Anchorage Time
The following additions, corrections and changes are hereby made to the subject invitation to bid.
CHANGES TO SPECIFICATIONS:
1. Section 16735: DELETE this section in its entirety and REPLACE it with attached Section
16735 Wireless Clock System (4 pages).
2. Section 16752: DELETE this section in its entirety and REPLACE it with attached Section
16752 Integrated Communications System (15 pages).
CHANGES TO DRAWINGS:
1. Sheet AL-E3.1:
a. Rooms 35 and 36: CHANGE new ceiling-mounted speakers to new wall-mounted
speakers and RELOCATE to adjacent North walls. The intent is to stub conduits/cables
into these spaces from above the adjacent corridor ceiling. CHANGE the flag notes
pointing to these speakers to be Flag Note #14.
2. Sheet SU-E1.1:
a. Office 102: CHANGE Note Flag #1 to Note Flag #12. ADD Sheet Note 12: “REMOVE
ALL EXISTING INTERCOM EQUIPMENT FROM EXISTING ROLLING CABINET.
INSTALL NEW PROGRAM/SOURCE EQUIPMENT IN EXISTING CABINET AS
SHOWN ON 1/SU-E2.1.”
b. Room 108: ADD Note Flag #1, pointing to intercom rack scheduled to be demolished.
3. Sheet SU-E2.1:
a. Room 108: ADD Note Flag #1, pointing to location of demolished intercom rack shown
on Sheet SU-E1.1.
