11. Drag the iPod icon on the desktop to the Trash to unmount it.
12. Disconnect the iPod.
Charge the Battery (unattended operation)
1. If the tested iPod has passed all the tests so far, connect an iPod power adapter to the
iPod and charge it for at least 1.5 hours.
2. Ensure that the battery has a good charge. After the charge, the battery symbol
should indicate that the charge level is close to 100%. Fail the iPod if the battery is not
charged.
Note: It may take about five minutes after disconnecting the iPod from power for the
battery charge symbol to indicate its full charge.
