On
By depressing this button the machine starts
operating and, at the same time the On/Off
indicator light illuminates.
Off
When the washing programme has finished, the
machine stops automatically and the pilot light
remains on.
To switch the indicator light off or to stop the
machine at any time, press this button.
3. Intensive programme button
This button allows selection of the most intensive
wash programme, suitable for very heavily soiled
pots, pans and crockery.
When depressed the water of the prewash will heat
up to 55°C and the water of the main wash will
heat up to 70°C.
4. Bio programme button
This button allows selection of special “Bio”
programmes, suitable for compact and tablet
detergents containing enzymes.
The Bio programme and the new compact
detergents offers you, at a temperature as low as
50°C, the same washing result of the stronger
programmes at 65°C with traditional detergents
(see "Washing programmes" chart).
5. Door handle
To open the door press the catch in the top of the
recess and pull the door toward you at the same
time.
To close the door simply push it.
6. Salt refill indicator light
This comes on when the salt has run out, to
remind you to refill the container.
7. Programme marker
8. Programme selector dial
To select a programme, turn the programme
selector dial clockwise, making sure that the
programme letter you wish to select
corresponds with the programme marker on the
control panel.
9. Programme sequence indicator
As the programme progresses, the programme
selector dial turns, to show the phase in the
wash programme the appliance has reached.
