Setting Default Job Properties
There are two ways to setup the Default Job Properties for a Printer.
Method One: At the Main Screen, select the Printer from the “Setup Area” that you
would like to set Default Job Properties for then select Setup > Default Job Properties
from the Pull-down Menus. Select the desired Settings for each of the 7 tabs, and then
Select OK. ALL JOBS added will take on the selected settings.
Method Two: An alternate way to open the “Default Job Properties” for a Printer is: At
the Main Screen, select the Printer from the “Setup Area” (Figure 7) that you would like
to set Default Job Properties for then select the dropdown arrow then select Default Job
Properties.
