’Charging’ indication
Charging takes approx. 60 minutes.
A fully charged shaver provides up to 17 cordless
shaves.
Note: If you have a heavy beard, the shaver may
provide less than 17 cordless shaves. The shaving time
may also vary over time, depending on your shaving
behaviour, cleaning habits and beard type.

When the shaver is charging, the minutes
indication and the plug symbol ash.
The shaving minutes increase until the shaver is
fully charged.
HQ8271/HQ8270/HQ8261/HQ8260
When the shaver is charging, the battery level
lights go on in a rising pattern as the battery
charges.
‘Battery fully charged’ indication
HQ8290
When the battery is fully charged, the minutes
indication is visible on the display and the plug
symbol disappears from the display.
After 4 hours of charging, the display automatically
switches off and the charging process stops.
HQ8271/HQ8270/HQ8261/HQ8260
When the battery is fully charged, all battery level
lights light up continuously.
After 4 hours of charging, the battery level lights
go out automatically and the charging process
stops.
