Electromagnetic elds (EMF)
This Philips appliance complies with all standards
regarding electromagnetic elds (EMF). If handled
properly and according to the instructions in this
user manual, the appliance is safe to use based on
scientic evidence available today.
Charging
Make sure the appliance is switched off before you
start to charge it.
When you charge the shaver for the rst time or
after a long period of disuse, let it charge for 4 hours.
Charging normally takes approx. 1 hour.
You can also shave without charging by connecting
the shaver to the mains.
Do not leave the appliance connected to the mains
for more than 24 hours.
Charge indications
Charging
, When you start charging the empty shaver, the
green power symbol starts burning.
Battery fully charged
, When the battery is fully charged, the green
power symbol starts to ash.
Battery running low
, When the battery is running low, the red battery
symbol starts burning. When you switch the
shaver off, the red battery symbol starts to ash.
