camein contactwiththesechemicalsbeforeputtingthem in wash. Do notcontaminate

clothingarticleswith thesechemicals,

~Small,unnoticedtearsmayenlargeduringwashingprocess. Check garments’before

washingand mendall ripsandtears.

@AsPermanentPressgarmentsage,theymayshowfrayingat collars andcuffs. This is

normaldue toweakeningoffibersbythe PermanentPress process. It isnot causedby

washer.YoucanslowthisprocessbywashingsmallPermanent Press loadswitha

LargeWaterLevel, Do notwashheavyitemssuchastowelswith Permanent Press

items.Removecollar stays,whenpossible.

@Roughnessor burrs on agitatormaycause ripsor tears. Check agitatorand file rough

spotsif necessary.

Pretreat with ~iquiddetergent.

@Make sure cord is pluggedinto outlet.

~Make sure bothhot and cold faucetsare turned on.

~Make sure controlsare set and CycleSelector Knob is pulled out to ON position.

~IMakesure lid isclosed. Washer willfill but will not spin or agitate with lid open.

~Check house fusesor circuit breakers. If another appliance is sharing the electrical

)utlet, removeit. Washer should haveseparateoutlet.

~Nfakesure temperature selector switchesare correctly set.

~Make sure hotand cold faucets are turned on and

egulated correctly.
