
There are a few corrections to the
CONNECTIONS menu compared to
the Reference book.
If you connect additional equipment
to your television, you must register
the equipment in the CONNECTIONS
menu.
Corrections to the CONNECTIONS menu
Register additional equipment
> Press TV to switch on the television.
> Press MENU to bring up the TV SETUP menu
and press
to highlight OPTIONS.
> Press GO to bring up the OPTIONS menu.
CONNECTIONS is highlighted already.
> Press GO to bring up the CONNECTIONS menu.
> Press
or to step between the different
socket groups: AV 1, AV 2, AV 3, AV 4, CAMERA,
PROJECTOR*, and HDMI EXPANDER**.
> Press GO to be able to register a connected
product to the highlighted socket group.
> Press
or to move between the sockets in
the group.
> Press
or to register what you have
connected to the highlighted socket.
> Press GO to be able to select another socket
group.
> During first-time setup, when you have
completed your settings, press the green button
to store the setup, otherwise ...
> ... press GO to store the setup.
*The PROJECTOR default setting is set to NO if no
projector is connected.
**HDMI EXPANDER indicates whether or not an
HDMI Expander is connected to the television via
the HDMI-B socket.
Additional feature to the AV menus
HDTV is available in the AV 1–4 menus. For
information on options for SOURCE, AUDIO
SOCKET, and IR SOCKET, refer to the
Reference book pages 66–67.
HDTV ... If the source connected to an AV socket
delivers HDTV, select which socket is used for
HDTV. Options are: NO, HDMI-A, HDMI-B***,
YPbPr and VGA.
***If the HDMI Expander is set to YES, the HDMI-B
option is replaced with HDMI-B1, HDMI-B2,
HDMI-B3 and HDMI-B4.
