Opening and Closing the Filling Door
0 Open: Pull on the handle of the filling door.
0 Close: Press the filling door firmly closed.
The displays DOOR (DEUR/PORTE) and START/
PAUSE (START/PAUZE, MARCHE/PAUSE) show
whether the door can be opened while the ap-
pliance is switched on:

If
– the display DOOR (DEUR, PORTE) flashes red
– then the error code E40 flashes in the multidisplay
– and the display MAIN WASH (HOOFDWAS, LAVAGE) flashes
you tried to start a washing program without first closing the main
door properly. In this case push the door shut firmly and restart the
washing program.
