How to wash
Load the laundry
Open the door.
Place the laundry in the drum, one item at a time. Distribute laundry as
evenly as possible. Close the door.
Add detergent and additive
Pull the drawer
out till it stops.
Pour the main
wash detergent
into compart-
ment .
If you wish to
perform a pre-
wash, pour deter-
gent into compartment .
Pour the fabric softener into compartment without exceeding the
“MAX” mark.
Close the drawer, pushing it fully in.
Selection of the desired wash programme
Turn the programme selector dial clockwise
to the desired position.
Selection of the temperature
Turn the temperature selector dial to the
required position.

Selection of the required option(s)
Depress SPIN REDUCTION and/or QUICK
WASH and/or SUPERRINSE button, if
required.
Starting the programme
Depress the ON/OFF button: the mains-on light will
illuminate and the machine starts operating.
At the end of the programme
The machine stops automatically.
If you have selected a programme for easy-cares, delicates or wool-
lens, the water of the last rinse must be emptied out before opening
the door.
The door is controlled by a safety device which releases 2 minutes
after the end of the programme.
Switch the machine off by pressing the ON/OFF button, the mains-on
light goes out.
Remove the laundry from the drum.
Check that the drum is empty so as to avoid a subsequent wash being
damaged by any forgotten items.
Close the water taps.
Leave the door open to prevent the formation of mildew and unpleas-
ant smells.
