How will support be handled on Netscape?
For current maintenance customers, phone support will be provided on this
platform for one year after the date of discontinuation. Therefore, phone
support will be provided until 11/15/2003. For non-maintenance
customers, support will be provided on a per incident, time and materials
cost basis until 11/15/2002. Note that support will be limited to
troubleshooting the current software components to the best of our ability
through product support.
