Windows Device Driver Configuration
This procedure is not needed for versions after VA2, since they have hardware settings
1. Invoke the “Device Manager,” select the “SystemBase Multi-4/PCI” (or SystemBase
Multi-4MP/Multi-2MP) and right-button-click. Then, select the “Properties.”
2. Select the “Settings” tab, and click “All Port Remap…” button.
3. Select the COM Port name of first port of the Multi-Modem. The port names will be
arranged with this name. You may use those port names without system reboot.
4. The O/S may ask the modem driver again after port name remapping. If that occurs,
set the location of the modem driver as below:
