FOREWORD
This Flat Rate Manual contains the operations and times assigned to repair SANTANA vehicles related in model code list
in GENERAL section. The times assigned will be employed to calculate the labour cost of those repairs done during the
warranty period of the vehicle.
The use of these time assignments as a guide for those services paid by the customer, is subject to the dealer's criteria.
