CAP SCREW
Screw the female end of the three hook extensions onto the
three cap screws.
Screw the male end of the three hook extensions onto the
three hooks.
One person should hold the shade up to the fixture while the
other slips each of the hooks into the holes in the shoe horn
brackets. Make sure the hooks are facing down.

CAUTION: Replace lamps in the fixture from top of the
glass shade. lift the glass shade.The hooks couldNEVER
release, causing the glass shade to fall and break.
