LOGGING IN AS A DIFFERENT EXTENSION
(VIRTUAL DN)
The Virtual DN feature enables you to invest an extension with
the properties of a different one, including a different directory
number (DN), button map and telephone type. Once you log
in, the station is seen by the system as a different extension
altogether.
To log in as a Virtual DN
1. Press [FEATURE] and dial the Virtual DN code (your System
Administrator will tell you what is the feature code defined
in your system for the Virtual DN feature, or press a button
programmed with this code, if one hasbeen defined;
2. Enter the new station number;
