2 General setup operation
To use the cost-base upper limit settings function, configure settings as
shown below.
Log in to Enterprise Suite as an administrator to specify each item.

Before specifying each item, ask your service representative to configure
the cost-base upper limit settings.
Function Description
1 Device List Register devices to apply the cost-base upper limit settings
to.

2 User List Register users to configure the cost-base upper limit set-
tings.

3 Account Manager • Device Management: Select devices to apply the cost-
base upper limit settings to. (page 5-1)
• Pricing Setup: Specify the unit price used for the cost-
base upper limit settings. (page 3-1)
• Upper Limit Settings: Enables the cost-base upper limit
settings function to configure the required settings.
