Specifying the settings (Activity Report)
1 In the Network Settings screen, touch [Scanner Settings].
2 Touch [Activity Report].
3 Select whether or not a notification is sent of Internet fax reception results, and then touch [OK].
4 Touch [OK] in each screen until the initial screen appears.
Parameter Description
Activity Report Select whether or not a notification is sent of Internet fax reception results.
RX Doc. Header Print Select whether or not the e-mail message header is printed on the first page of the received
document when Internet faxes are printed.
E-Mail Header Text Select the text that is added as the body when sending Scan to E-mail and Internet fax
transmissions.
Fixed Text: The fixed text previously saved on this machine is inserted.
Custom Text: Text that can be freely specified is inserted. Register the text with Assistant
tool for C200.
OFF: No text is inserted.
Subject Registration Select the subject that is used when sending Scan to E-mail and Internet fax transmis-
sions.
Since a maximum of four subject texts can be registered, the text that is used can be se-
lected according to the contents of the transmission.
Division Settings Select whether or not e-mail messages are divided before being sent. This feature may not
be available depending on the e-mail application used by the recipient.
Binary Division: To divide e-mail messages before sending them, touch "ON".
Binary Division Size: Specify the size into which e-mail messages are divided when "Binary
Division" is set to "On".
Gateway TX To allow this machine to be used as a relay station for IP relay operations, select "Allow".
To prohibit these uses, select "Restrict".
